- Chief Financial Manager: CA, MBA
- Senior Seed Experts: Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Genetics & Plant Breeding, Seed Science & Technology/Agronomy, Ph.D
- Seed Coordinators: Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Seed Science & Technology/Genetics & Plant Breeding/Agronomy
- Seed Farm Executive: Degree in Agriculture
- Accounts Executive: Degree in Commerce/Accountancy/Finance/Accounts
- District Accounts Manager: Diploma in Accounting, Post Graduation
Experience Details
Chief Financial Manager:
- Candidates should have completed CA with at least 5 years of post–qualification experience in the field of finance and accounts.
- Candidates should have completed MBA with at least 10 years of post–qualification experience in the field of finance and accounts.
Senior Seed Experts:
- Candidates should have at least 7 years of professional Experience working in seed production/ seed multiplication including paddy any public/ private sector Organization.
Seed Coordinators:
- Candidates should have at least 7 years of professional Experience working in seed production/ seed multiplication including paddy any public/ private sector Organization.
Seed Farm Executive:
- Candidates should have Minimum two years of experience in relevant field besides seed production & related Activities & Fresh candidates with Master’s in Seed Science/ Plant Breeding
Accounts Executive:
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of professional experience in Accounting Management in any Public/ Private Sector Organization & Proficiency in working with Tally Accounting System is a must.
