- Technician Apprentice (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Technician Apprentice (Instrumentation): Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering
- Trade Apprentice (Secretarial Assistant): B.Sc, B.Com, BA
- Trade Apprentice (Accountant): B.Com

Age Limit: As per the Indian Oil Corporation Limited Recruitment Notification, Candidate should have a minimum age of 18 years and Maximum of 24 years, as on 30-Sep-2022.
