- Senior Technical Advisor: BE/ B.Tech/ Graduation in Civil Engineering
- Chief Accounts Officer: Graduation in Commerce, MBA/ M.Com in Finance
- Contract Management & Procurement Specialist: BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Environmental Specialist: Graduation in Civil Engineering, Masters Degree/ Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Environment Engineering/ Environmental Science/ Environmental Planning
- Legal Expert: Degree in Law, LLB
