- Superintending Engineer: Candidates should have Minimum 12 years of service experience of which 05 years should be in the rank of Executive Engineer in design and supervision in Roads and buildings works
- Executive Engineer: Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 10 years experience of which at least 05 years experience in the rank of Assistant Executive Engineer in design, Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of experience of which at least 05 years should be in the rank of Assistant Executive Engineer in design
- Deputy Registrar: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with At least 10 years experience dealing with administrative matters, 05 years in the rank of Assistant Registrar
- Deputy Comptroller: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with At least 10 years experience dealing with accounts & audit, 05 years experience in the rank of Accounts Officer
- Deputy Librarian: Candidates should have 05 years service experience as Assistant Librarian, 15 years of professional experience in a University Library system
- Assistant Registrar/Administrative Officer: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with Ten years experience out of which at least five years should be in administration in a responsible supervisory position
